- Coconut flakes - 15 grams
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea salt - a pinch
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a food processor, combine the pitted Medjool dates, almond flour, chopped walnuts, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Pulse the mixture until it forms a sticky, dough-like consistency. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water to help it bind.
- Once the mixture is ready, scoop out small portions (about 15 grams each) and roll them into balls using your hands.
