  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Butter (melted) - 50 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
