Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Wooden skewers - 2

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, making sure they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  7. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  8. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
