- Chicken breast - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 2
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, making sure they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
