- Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
- Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
- Beef broth - 500 ml
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef cubes to the pot, browning them on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced carrot, diced celery, and diced zucchini, stirring well to combine.
- Sprinkle the cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture, stirring to coat the vegetables and meat evenly.
