Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
  • Tomato - 100 grams, diced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Romaine lettuce - 100 grams, shredded
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the salad by combining the chopped parsley, diced cucumber, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and shredded romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Set aside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the beef on top of the prepared salad and drizzle with tahini.
