- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Tomato - 100 grams, diced
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Romaine lettuce - 100 grams, shredded
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the salad by combining the chopped parsley, diced cucumber, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and shredded romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the beef on top of the prepared salad and drizzle with tahini.
