Ingredients

  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form kebabs.
