Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams, cut into florets
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, red chili flakes, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
