- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Erythritol sweetener - 50 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Greek yogurt - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Butter - 30 grams, melted
- Almonds - 10 pieces, blanched
- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Unsweetened coconut milk - 50 ml
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol sweetener, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, Greek yogurt, rose water, and coconut milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased small baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Gently press the blanched almonds into the surface of the batter.
