Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Erythritol sweetener - 50 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Greek yogurt - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Almonds - 10 pieces, blanched
  • Rose water - 1 teaspoon
  • Unsweetened coconut milk - 50 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol sweetener, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, Greek yogurt, rose water, and coconut milk until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased small baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Gently press the blanched almonds into the surface of the batter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
