- Ground lamb - 250 grams
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Mint - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon for brushing
- Lemon - 1, for serving
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, cauliflower rice, chopped onion, toasted pine nuts, parsley, mint, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into oval patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Brush the patties lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
