Kebabs Hindi

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, cubed
  • Red bell pepper - 1, cut into chunks
  • Zucchini - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, cut into chunks
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken, red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion onto skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  5. While the kebabs are grilling, prepare the garlic yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Season with a pinch of salt.
  6. Serve the kebabs hot with the garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
