- Ground beef - 100 grams

- Garlic cloves, minced - 2
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Allspice - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, allspice, cinnamon, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined, then form into four equal-sized sausage shapes around the skewers.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
