- Pita bread - 2 pieces

- Tahini sauce - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, finely chopped onion, parsley, mint, minced garlic, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into two equal-sized patties, ensuring they are compact.
- Heat a grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, warm the pita bread on the grill for about a minute on each side.
- Once cooked, place the patties inside the warm pita bread.
