  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground beef - 150 grams
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pine nuts - 2 tablespoons, toasted
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed for consistency.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
