- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Hummus - 100 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties of equal size.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing the tomato, cucumber, and red onion, and chopping the parsley.
