Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 200 grams

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes into rounds, about 3 mm thick.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, oregano, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange the seasoned potato slices on top of the dough in an overlapping pattern.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the potatoes.
