- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
