- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create 'zoodles' and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and harissa paste, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
