- Harissa paste - 2 tablespoons

- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the harissa paste, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into two equal-sized fillets and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken fillets.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 75°C.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- To assemble the burgers, place a few lettuce leaves on a plate as the base, followed by the sliced chicken, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, and chopped parsley.
