Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the shrimp is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
