  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pine nuts - 2 tablespoons, toasted

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the quails to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the quails from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  5. Place the quails on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
