- Yellow bell pepper - 1 large
- Green bell pepper - 1 large

- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash and core the bell peppers, then cut them into quarters.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the bell pepper quarters to the marinade and toss until well coated.
