Steps

  1. Begin by boiling the octopus in salted water for about 30 minutes until tender; drain and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Cut the cooled octopus into manageable pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
