- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
