  • Portobello mushrooms - 4 large

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the cleaned mushrooms to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the marinated mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the mushrooms and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender and have grill marks.
