- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
