  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
