- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Wash and trim the ends of the green beans, then cut them into 2-inch pieces.
- In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
