Ingredients

Steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large pot, add water and a pinch of salt. Bring it to a boil and add the potato cubes. Boil for about 5-7 minutes until they are slightly tender but not fully cooked.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes.
  4. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
