  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, diced
  • Eggs - 1 large
  • Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Add the diced red bell pepper and zucchini to the meat mixture and stir until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the meat mixture along with the breadcrumbs. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small kebabs or patties, approximately 5 cm long and 2 cm wide.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the kebabs to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd.

  7. Remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil before serving.
