  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 200 milliliters (for frying)

Steps

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the rice flour, cornstarch, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the lemon juice to the fish and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated fish fillets to the pan in batches, being careful not to overcrowd.
  7. Fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the fried fish from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
