Steps
- In a medium saucepan, heat the cooked fava beans over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the beans, stirring to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix together tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- Pour the tahini mixture over the warmed fava beans and stir gently to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve the fava bean mixture topped with chopped parsley, diced tomato, and sliced green onion.
