  • Red cabbage - 100g, shredded
  • Carrot - 1 medium, grated
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
