- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Skewers - 4 wooden or metal
Steps
- Cut the fish fillets into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to create the marinade.
- Add the fish cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated fish onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
