  • Fig jam - 100g
  • Chopped walnuts - 30g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a small tart pan (approximately 15 cm in diameter) evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.
