- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Agave syrup - 1 tablespoon (for drizzling)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough is slightly sticky but holds together. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
