- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Pomegranate seeds - 30g (optional) for garnish
Steps
- Trim the fennel bulb by removing the stalks and fronds, then slice it thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- Peel the oranges, removing all the white pith, and cut them into segments, discarding any seeds.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced fennel, orange segments, chopped parsley, and red onion.
