Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Za'atar spice - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Cucumber, diced - 1/2 cup
  • Tomato, diced - 1/2 cup
  • Radishes, thinly sliced - 1/4 cup
  • Green onions, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Parsley, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle the za'atar spice evenly over the surface.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  8. While the pizza is baking, prepare the fattoush salad by combining the cucumber, tomato, radishes, green onions, parsley, and mint in a mixing bowl.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  10. Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  11. Top the pizza with the prepared fattoush salad and drizzle with the dressing before slicing and serving.
