- Lettuce (romaine or arugula) - 2 cups, torn
- Pita bread - 1 large, cut into triangles

- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
