Steps

  1. Begin by toasting the gluten-free pita bread in a dry skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Once toasted, remove from heat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a serving bowl, spread the hummus evenly as the base layer.
