Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Sumac - 2 teaspoons

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pita bread - 2 pieces

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks.
  3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sumac over the eggs.
  4. Cook the eggs for about 5-7 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
