  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 100 grams, diced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Begin by rinsing all the fresh produce under cold water.
