  • Canned chickpeas - 240 g (1 cup)

  • Fresh parsley - 30 g (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Fresh mint - 10 g (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)

  • Black pepper - 1 g (1/4 teaspoon)

Steps

  1. Rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water and drain them well.

  3. Add the chopped parsley and mint to the bowl.
