- Vermicelli noodles - 50 grams

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Carrot - 1 small, diced
- Celery - 1 stalk, diced
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken broth - 1 liter
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, and sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until the chicken is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the vermicelli noodles to the pot and continue simmering for another 5 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped cilantro. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
