- Greek yogurt - 100 grams

- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 wooden or metal
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
