- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers (soaked if wooden) - 2
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
