Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Chicken breast - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and toss them in the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Pre-cook the pizza dough in the oven for 5 minutes to ensure a crispy base.
  6. While the dough is baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Remove the pizza dough from the oven and evenly spread the cooked chicken, red onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes over the base.
  8. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and return the pizza to the oven. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the veggies are tender and the cheese is slightly melted.
  9. In a small bowl, mix tahini with lemon juice and a little water to thin it out.
  10. Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven and drizzle the tahini sauce over the top.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
