- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken livers to the marinade and toss well to ensure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
