Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken livers to the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned on the outside but still slightly pink inside.

- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the livers are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
