- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cauliflower - 200 grams, riced
Steps
- Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the chicken livers to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the ground cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the spices bloom.
- Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
- Meanwhile, in a separate pot, steam or sauté the riced cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the spiced chicken livers over the riced cauliflower, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
