- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Bell peppers - 100 grams, chopped
- Red onion - 50 grams, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- While the kebabs are grilling, warm the pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly charred.
- Serve the chicken kebabs hot with warm pita bread and garnish with fresh parsley.
