- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Take one pita bread and place a generous amount of the cheese mixture on one half of the pita, leaving space at the edges.
- Fold the pita over to create a semi-circle and press down gently to seal the edges. Repeat with the second pita.
- Brush both sides of the folded pitas with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed pitas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pitas are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before cutting them into wedges.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or yogurt.
