  • Mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts) - 50 grams, roughly chopped
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Begin by washing the cauliflower and removing the leaves and stem. Cut it into florets.
  2. Using a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
